Streszczenie
Przedsiębiorstwa w celu realizacji wyznaczonych im zadań muszą dysponować określonymi zasobami majątkowymi. Zasoby te, czyli aktywa, mają różnorodną postać. Jedne są rzeczami, inne papierami wartościowymi, a jeszcze inne nie posiadają fizycznej postaci. Wartości niematerialne i prawne stanowią właśnie ten rodzaj aktywów przedsiębiorstwa, których nie można dotknąć. Nie posiadają bowiem fizycznej postaci. Niniejsze opracowanie poświęcono omówieniu sposobów wyceny wartości niematerialnych i prawnych w przedsiębiorstwie.

Summary
The enterprises to realized their tasks must dispose of some kinds of assets. It is necessary to say that the assets have the various forms. Some of them have the material form, an others occur as securities and the others haven’t material form. So the intangible assets makes this kinds of assets which can’t be touched because it’s haven’t the material form. This paper presents the methods of the evaluation of the intangible assets in the enterprise.
