OUTSOURCING OF TAX AND ACCOUNTING SERVICES AS A TOOL FOR RISK MANAGEMENT TAX
Summary
The study is to present the possibility to reduce the tax risk inthe company by outsourcing tax and accounting services. Considerations were carried out in terms of selected sources of the formation this risk.
Job accounting and tax services to an external company will not save automatically companies from sanctions which are the result of improper conduct land tax legislation. However, it may be an important tool to reduce tax risk factors, but provided that certain standards actions. From the utility company must be above all high quality services provided and from the taxpayer’s compliance with requirements made by an operator. It is also important to continuously monitor the company internal sources of tax risk.
