Summary
The evaluation of the managerial control was predicted in the Standards of the managerial control included in the Announcement of the minister of finance from 16 December 2009. They recommended in them her to be taken hold into the framework of the separate process from the current business and substantiated. The self-assessment lets the individual obtain information about her current situation and determine changes in areas requiring it, therefore should be conducted at least once a year. The article is portraying the model self-assessment conducted at the municipal office. Benefits and problems resulting from conducting the self-assessment, as well as conclusions about the condition of the individual in which she stayed conducted.
