INDICATORS FOR THE MONITORING OF OPERATIONAL PROGRAMMES FOR EXAMPLE WEST REGIONAL OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME FOR THE PERIOD 2007–2013
Summary
A feature of the New Public Management, as well as part of good governance are clearly defined standards and measurements, and greater emphasis on monitoring results. Successful implementation of strategic and operational objectives of operational programs, as well as full absorption of allocated funds is monitoring the operational and financial. It is based on the documents adopted at the programming stage, in which specific indicators for monitoring the program. Assumptions construction monitoring and evaluation system, including the construction of indicators are presented in the European and national guidelines. They have, however, indicative and must be applied in a creative way to take into account the specificity of each program. So it's important to know the framework and the popularization of applied, specific solutions. Implementing evidence presented in the article, by way of introduction presents a framework of guidance system of indicators for monitoring and evaluation, and then the solutions in this area in the Regional Operational Programme for the West Region for 2007–2013.
