Streszczenie
Celem artykułu jest ocena dotychczasowej efektywności elektrowni zawodowych oraz wskazanie potencjalnych zagrożeń dla dalszego ich rozwoju. Do oceny wykorzystano miernik EVA. Część z analizowanych elektrowni generuje zyski ekonomiczne i dodatnie korzyści dla właścicieli. Sytuacja w tym sektorze może jednak ulec niekorzystnym zmianom z uwagi na duże problemy odtworzeniowo-modernizacyjne, wymogi pakietu klimatycznego UE oraz rozwój nowych technologii wspierających rozwój energetyki.

Summary
This article aims to evaluate the effectiveness of existing companies producing electricity and identify potential risks to further their development. For this evaluation used standard EVA. Some of the analyzed companies producing electricity generates economic benefits and positive benefits to the owners. The situation in this sector, however, can be unfavorable changes due to the reconstruction and big problems – and modernization, the requirements of the EU climate package and the development of better technology to support the development of energy.
