Streszczenie
W opracowaniu jest analizowana istota, rozumienie, definicje i proces tworzenia oraz funkcjonowanie organizacji uczącej się – jako wyraz rozwoju i dostosowywania do potrzeb rynku i otoczenia, w którym funkcjonuje. Są opisywane różne poziomy: poziom pracownika, poziom zespołu pracowniczego, poziom organizacji, i zadania realizowane na tych poziomach w tworzeniu organizacji uczącej się rozumianej jako „nowa wartość” współczesnych przedsiębiorstw.

LEARNING ORGANIZATION AS A NEW VALUE OF THE FIRM
Summary
This paper serves to analyze an essence, definition, and creating and functioning of a learning organization as a result of development and adjustment of an organization to the needs of market and other elements of the environment in which the firm exists. The levels of problems are analyzed: level of employee, level of team, level of organization – and tasks fulfilled on these levels in creating a learning organization which isa new value of contemporary firm.
