Streszczenie
Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie modelu systemu zarządzania ryzykiem w jednostce samorządu terytorialnego na przykładzie Urzędu Miejskiego w Krotoszynie. Analizie poddano podstawowe wytyczne zawarte w Księdze Systemu Zarządzania Ryzykiem w Urzędzie. Wyniki analizy wskazują, że kompleksowo zaprojektowany i wdrożony System Zarządzania Ryzykiem w Urzędzie powinien zapewnić sprawne i skuteczne jego funkcjonowanie. W Księdze Systemu Zarządzania Ryzykiem dokładnie sprecyzowano cele i przebieg procesu zarządzania ryzykiem, strukturę odpowiedzialności w zakresie zarządzania ryzykiem oraz przyjętą w urzędzie metodykę identyfikacji i oceny ryzyka.
RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE CITY HALL IN KROTOSZYN
Summary
The aim of this article is to present a model of risk management in the unit of local government on the example of the City Council in Krotoszyn. Author analyzed the basic guidelines contained in the register of the Risk Management System in the City Council. The results of the analysis indicate that the Risk Management System in the City Council, implemented with integrity, should ensure its efficient and effective functioning. The register of the Risk Management System, there have been precisely defined objectives, the risk management process, the structure of responsibility in the risk management as well as, accepted in the City Council, the methodology of identification and risk assessment.
