Streszczenie
W artykule omówiono planowanie finansowe. Wskazano jego istotę, jak i założenia do ogólnego modelu planowania finansowego oraz pewne obszary działalności przedsiębiorstwa, do których ma zastosowanie planowanie. Autorka zaproponowała wykorzystanie budżetów jako narzędzia optymalizującego planowanie finansowe. Omówiła poszczególne budżety cząstkowe operacyjne i finansowe oraz wskazała na ich powiązanie z planowaniem finansowym. W artykule wskazano również problemy planowania finansowego i bariery w zastosowaniu budżetowania do wsparcia tegoż planowania.

Summary
The paper discusses financial planning. It presents its essence together with guidelines for the general financial planning model as well as certain areas of business operations which planning refers to. The Author proposed to use budgets as tools to optimize financial planning. She discussed the individual operating and financial sectional budgets. She indicated their relation to financial planning. Furthermore, the article covers the problems of financial planning and barriers concerning the use of budgeting to support this planning.
