Streszczenie:
Cel – Wskazanie na poziom wydatków JST z budżetu na działalność inwestycyjną oraz poznanie odpowiedzi na pytanie, które typy (grupy) JST są najbardziej aktywne inwestycyjnie?
Metodologia badania – W opracowaniu posłużono się metodą analizy szeregów czasowych, typową dla analizy finansowej JST.
Wynik – Uzyskanie odpowiedzi na pytanie o rozmiar działalności inwestycyjnej JST w podziale na kierunki inwestowania oraz o jej intensywność w latach 2008–2013.
Oryginalność/wartość – Ocena poziomu wydatków dokonywanych w latach 2008–2013 przez poszczególne rodzaje (grupy) JST.

Abstract:
Purpose – An indication of the level of expenses incurred by the local government budget for investment activities and knowledge to answer the question, which type (group) loans are the most active for investments?
Design/methodology/approach – The study uses time series analysis method, typical of local government financial analysis.
Findings – The result will be a discussion to answer the question of the size of the investment activities of local government units in the division on the directions of investment and its intensity in the years 2008–2013.
Originality/value – Assessment of the level of expenditure made in 2008–2013 by the individual types (groups) of local government units.
