Streszczenie:
W artykule przedstawiono możliwości inwestowania pośredniego na rynku nieruchomości. Omówiono dostępne na polskim rynku instrumenty, które dają możliwość pośredniego inwestowania na rynku nieruchomości w Polsce, oraz przeprowadzono analizę dochodowości tych instrumentów w latach 2011–2014. Wskazano na problemy występujące na rynku nieruchomości, które przekładają się na atrakcyjność inwestycyjną funduszy inwestycyjnych rynku nieruchomości oraz spółek sektora deweloperskiego.

INDIRECT INvESTING IN REAL ESTATE MARKET

Abstract:
The article presents the indirect investment opportunities on the real estate market. Moreover, it discusses instruments on the Polish market that open the opportunities for indirect investments in the Polish real estate market. The authors analysed the profitability of these instruments in 2011–2014. Finally, they pointed to the problems faced by the real property market that have an effect on the attractiveness of the real property investment funds and the property development companies.
