Streszczenie
Cel – Zaprezentowanie systemu pomiaru efektywności realizacji zadań publicznych w jednostce budżetowej oraz ocena tego systemu.
Metodologia badania – Analiza literatury przedmiotu, a także materiałów źródłowych pochodzących z badanej jednostki.
Wynik – Dokonanie oceny systemu pomiaru efektywności w badanym podmiocie poprzez wskazanie jego mocnych i słabych stron.
Oryginalność/wartość – Osiągnięty wynik należy traktować jako podstawę do udoskonalania systemu pomiaru efektywności w badanym podmiocie, jak również w innych jednostkach sektora finansów publicznych.

Abstract
Purpose – Presenting the efficiency measurement system of public tasks in the budgetary unit and assessment of the system.
Design/methodology/approach – Analysis of literature and source materials from the audited unit.
Findings – Assessment of efficiency measurement system in the budgetary unit by identifying its strengths and weaknesses.
Originality/value – The achieved results should be considered as a basis for improving of efficiency measurement system in the audited unit, as well as in other public finance sector units.
