ANALYSIS OF GAINFUL WORK TIME AND PLACE CHANGES
Summary
The aim of the article was to analyse the possibility of adapting gainful work to household duties, in relation to gender, age, place of living and employment status. The thesis that elastic forms of professional work are more often used by women than men was tested. Empirical analysis did not show signifi cant differences in relation to sex. The strongest infl uence factor on the elastic forms of gainful work organisation was the employment status.
