STRESZCZENIE
W artykule scharakteryzowano w sposób syntetyczny segment rynku nieruchomości w postaci mieszkań, apartamentów i domów wakacyjnych w Polsce. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych analiz dokonano oceny ilościowej i jakościowej dostępnych ofert inwestycyjnych w badanym segmencie rynku. Celem analizy jest ukazanie specyficznych cech rynku nieruchomości wakacyjnych oraz syntetyczne scharakteryzowanie ofert inwestycyjnych dostępnych na rynku polskim. Końcowym efektem przeprowadzonych badań jest przedstawienie warunków, które powinny być spełnione przez dewelopera, aby stworzyć atrakcyjną ofertę inwestycyjną w tym segmencie rynku nieruchomości.

EVALUATION OF THE INVESTMENT OFFERS IN THE HOLIDAY REAL ESTATE SECTOR IN POLAND
Abstract
The article describes in a synthetic manner a segment of the real estate market in Poland including fl ats, apartments and holiday houses. Based on the analysis conducted it provides quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the available investment offers in this segment of the market. The purpose of this article is to present synthetic characterization of investment offers available on the Polish real estate market and to outline specific features of that market segment. The article concludes by outlining conditions that should be fulfilled by the developer to create an attractive investment opportunity in this segment of the real estate market.
