Streszczenie
Komunikacja w opiece zdrowotnej poddaje się współczesnym tendencjom w zakresie wykorzystania nowoczesnych narzędzi. W artykule zaprezentowano problematykę e-komunikacji na przykładzie szczecińskich podmiotów realizujących opiekę szpitalną na podstawie treści zamieszczonych na stronach WWW. Wskazano na jej zróżnicowany poziom, słabości i mocne strony poszczególnych aspektów, sformułowano zalecenia w celu poprawy funkcjonowania.

Abstract
Communication in health care is a very important issue, since it is important not only for health, but also the lives of patients. Contemporary trends in the use of modern electronic communication tools also apply to the health sector. The article presents the issues of electronic communication on the example of Szczecin entities providing hospital care based on their websites, points to differences in the e-communication level of its aspects, formulates also recommendations to improve the functioning.
