Streszczenie
Unowocześnienie gospodarki realizowane poprzez konsekwentną restrukturyzację własnościową przedsiębiorstw państwowych jest warunkiem, siły i kierunku przyspieszonego rozwoju gospodarczego. Przychody z prywatyzacji zyskały sobie priorytet zainteresowań wśród badających te zjawiska naukowców. Właśnie ten problem, a mianowicie przychody z prywatyzacji, a szczególnie ich poziom i struktura stanowi ważny obszar badawczy, który, między innymi, wynikał z celów prywatyzacji przedsiębiorstw państwowych i stanowił, nie bez znaczenia, ważny składnik dochodów budżetowych.
Z przeprowadzonych badań wynika, iż prawie nie ma żadnego związku pomiędzy liczbą prywatyzowanych przedsiębiorstw państwowych a wpływami z tego tytułu do budżetu państwa. Z całą pewnością, więc można stwierdzić, że na wysokość przychodów budżetowych z tytułu prywatyzacji przedsiębiorstw państwowych zdecydowanie działały inne uwarunkowania, do których m.in. można zaliczyć formę (metodę, technikę) przekształceń własnościowych.

OWNERSHIP RESTRUCTURING AND THE LEVEL OF BUDGET REVENUES
Summary
Modernising the economy through a consistent ownership restructuring of stateowned companies determines the force and direction of an accelerated economic development. Revenues from privatisation have aroused the greatest interest among researchers investigating these phenomena. It is revenues from privatisation, in particular their level and structure, that are an important research area, resulting, among other things, from the aims of the privatisation of stateowned companies and constituting a significant component of budget revenues. Research results suggest that there is hardly any relationship between the number of stateowned companies being privatised and the resultant statebudget revenues. It can be stated with certainty, therefore, that the level of budget revenues from the privatisation of stateowned companies was definitely determined by other factors, including the form (method, technique) of ownership transformation.
