SUSTAINABLE USE OF CARDS MADE IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR ON THE EXAMPLE OF POLISH NATIONAL JUDICIAL SYSTEM
Summary
The article presents the concept of Sustainable Cards Accomplishments (SCA) for public sector entities based on a balanced value model for a national example of judicial system. BVCN approach is based on the Balanced Value for Citizen Model – BVCM through the prism of the principles of "good governance" (transparency, participation, innovation and ability to respond to the expectations of stakeholders, accountability, law and ethics, efficiency and effectiveness).
Model of SCA for achievements based on common courts BVCM has six perspectives: public value, the owner and partner, customer, financial, internal processes and the improvement and development. Presented in terms of management control is the part that is to ensure the smooth functioning of public value management system in the unit.
