Streszczenie
W obecnych realiach gospodarczych restrukturyzacja przedsiębiorstw jest coraz częściej wykorzystywana w zarządzaniu firmami, a co za tym idzie – stała się coraz częstszym tematem rozważań empirycznych. Rozległość tematyki restrukturyzacji wymusza podział jej rodzajów na mniejsze grupy – jedną z takich grup są narzędzia własnościowe restrukturyzacji firm. Fuzje, przejęcia, outsourcing i dezinwestycje stają się obecnie jednymi z popularniejszych działań restrukturyzacyjnych wprowadzanych w firmach w celu ulepszenia ich działalności. Celem artykułu jest wyszczególnienie cech charakterystycznych wspomnianych narzędzi oraz ich komparatystyka, wraz z ukazaniem skali ich wykorzystywania w polskich przedsiębiorstwach. Rozważania teoretyczne poparto praktyką poprzez ukazanie skali opisywanych zjawisk.

COMPARATISTIC OF THE OWNERSHIP TOOLS OF RESTRUCTURING OF THE COMPANIES
Abstract
In the current economic realities, corporate restructuring is increasingly being used in the management of companies, and thus – has become a more frequent topic of theoretical considerations. The extent of the subject of restructuring is the reason for making the division of its types into smaller groups – one such a group are the ownership tools restructuring of companies. Mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing and divestments become nowadays one of the most popular activities introduced in companies to improve their business. The purpose of this article is to specify the characteristics of these tools and their comparative, with the release of the scale of their use in Polish companies. Theoretical considerations supported the practice by showing the scale of the phenomenon.
