Streszczenie
Cel – Celem artykułu jest ukazanie tendencji na rynku fuzji i przejęć, a szczególnie ich roli w tworzeniu przedsiębiorstw o charakterze ponadnarodowym.
Metodologia badania – Artykuł powstał o oparciu o analizę bieżącej literatury tematu oraz raportów z internetowych stron specjalistycznych.
Wynik – Efektem niniejszego opracowania jest zwrócenie uwagi na kształtowanie się zmian na rynku fuzji i przejęć na świecie, a w szczególności na rynku polskim, z uwzględnieniem prognoz na następne okresy.
Oryginalność/wartość – Temat ten jest szczególnie popularny w opracowaniach publikowanych na stronach internetowych, rzadko jednak spotykane jest połączenie publikowanych analiz z teorią.

THE ROLE OF M&A IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSNATIONAL STRUCTURES IN THE WORLD AND POLISH ECONOMY ON THE EXAMPLE OF 2015
Abstract
Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to draw attention on M&A market and especially their role in the creation of the enterprises of a transnational character.
Design/methodology/approach – The article is based on an analysis of the current literature and reports of specialist websites.
Findings – The result of this development is to draw attention to the evolution of market developments in the area of mergers and acquisitions in the world and in particular on the Polish market, including forecasts for subsequent periods.
Originality/value – This theme is especially popular in studies published on websites, however, rarely seen is a combination of published analyses and the theory.
