Streszczenie
Jedną z metod wyceny przedsiębiorstw jest metoda oparta na modelach zdyskontowanych dywidend. Wypłacanie dywidendy daje więc inwestorom korzyści różnego rodzaju: w postaci uzyskanych dochodów, jak i umożliwiając dokonanie wyceny spółki za pomocą dodatkowej metody. Celem tego opracowania jest sprawdzenie, czy inwestorzy doceniają, poprzez korzystniejszą wycenę, spółki dywidendowe.

One of business valuation methods is a method based on the discounted dividend model. Payment of dividends gives investors the benefits of various kinds: in the form of earned income, as well as giving the possibility to evaluate the company’s price with additional method. The objective of this study is to determine whether investors appreciate, through favorable pricing, the companies paying dividends.
